With only 3 ingredients, this summery strawberry mousse is perfect for an everyday pudding or even dinner party dessert
Puree the strawberries with the sugar, in a blender. Set aside 3-4 tablespoons
In another bowl whip the cream t o soft peaks
Gently fold in the puree to the cream, until it's combined.
Divide the reserved puree into the bottom of 4 glasses or pretty glass bowls
Spoon over the mousse to cover the puree.
Chill for an hour (or more)
Serve as it comes, or add a swirl of cream, extra strawberries or with biscuits alongside.
