If the yogurt's a bit watery on top, either pour out or stir in
Spoon into a serving ramekin or glass
Push the biscuits in vertically to the yoghurt making sure there's yogurt between each one
Cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours, or overnight. You should be able to push down with a bit of give in the biscuits.
Serve as the 'cheesecake' is, or add toppings of your choice.
